So we cook the cup of wild rice with 2 cups of chicken stock and a little olive oil for almost an hour. While it was cooking I sautéed 1\2 a cup of chopped celery 1 cup of sliced mushrooms i used white and some baby bella, a red onion, and a few cloves of garlic together with my garlic infused olive oil for 6ish minutes then I added a little more than 1\8 a cup of teriyaki sauce and simmered for a few minutes. When all was said and done I mixed it all together. I made my sweet potato chips and some broccoli. Still trying to figure out this nice plating thing so dinner for two, two different ways.
