Seared tofu with vegetbales and fruit supremes with pomegranate sauce

I was a little prepping for Thursday rabbit dinner, but that is a blog for another day. For tonight’s dinner we have some seasoned tofu seared, spinach red peppered in a spicy garlic olive oil sauce. For dessert tonight are supremes of grapefruit and bits of mandarin orange with a pomegranate sauce.
