Glazed Salmon

Seared the salmon on all sides, made a glaze with Soy sauce and mirin with mustard and sherry vinegar some brown sugar corn starch and red pepper flakes. After the salmon was seared I poured the glaze on which I had cooked and let thicken and baked until done and yummy.. I still am struggling trying to make these plates look good but the food is so good!
