Been thru a lot the past few weeks but anyway here is at least a pic of some yummy matzo ball soup i recently made. Spent the first day making the stock which I simmered and skimmed overnight. The next day I strained and cleaned up the stock some more threw in the matzo balls, fresh veg and shredded chicken. (you can boil the chicken in the stock first too)
