1/1/11 First Post - Kobe Steak

So this year I will try and  post more pictures and be more descriptive of what I cook.And work more on plating. Well for new years I had the privledge of cooking 2 Kobe strip steaks. They were seared perfectly in my cast iron skilled to medium rare using the flip often method. The steaks were so juicy and tender and buttery. The mouth feel was incredable.
